| New Russian consulate will open in Hurghada and an agreement for opening some factories in cooperation with Red sea Governate and Russia |  | In a visit of the Governor of the Red sea to moscow the Russian officials have made an agreement to open a Russian consulate in Hurghada to help the Russian who come as tourists and around 30 thousand Russian Residents in Hurghada.
