| Abdullah attended the Ceremony of Egypt Golf Trophy finals 2017 |  | Maj.Gen. Ahmed Abdullah Red Sea Governor attended the Ceremony of Egypt Golf Trophy Championship which it took place in Soma Bay 2017 at Hurghada City .
Governor emphasized that the establishment of such tournaments aim to Egypt quite stable political and security evidenced by hosting and organizing such major sporting events.
Also ,Participating players at the championship said that Hurghada is one of the most important tourism cities as it is more safe and low cost.
This final tournament event , initiated by the Egyptian Tourist Authority and carried through in cooperation with German tour operator Golf Guide Tours, from February 16th – 23rd, 2017 , with the participation of 75 players from Germany, Austria and Switzerland .
