Ahmed Abdullah receives Ukrainian ambassador
  Red Sea Governor, General Ahmad Abdullah on Sunday received Ukraine's ambassador to Egypt, Hennady Laty, welcoming him to Hurghada, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Egypt and Ukraine . Abdullah, meanwhile, alluded to the tourism potential of the Red Sea governorate and the city of Hurghada, particularly the ambitious plans to diversify the tourism product to include educational, therapeutic, marketing, sports and film tourism, in addition to coastal tourism. The governor also examined the qualitative change made by the province in the area of ​​basic services and sea and air transport ports, as well as the increased attractiveness of the Red Sea around the world. For his part, the Ukrainian Ambassador expressed his joy at his visit to Hurghada and thanked the governor for his warm hospitality. Abdullah also pointed out that the golden triangle will be launched in Safaga and Al-Qousier thanks to its mineral and stone materials. The governor also discussed holding a Ukrainian cultural week in Hurghada and spreading Ukrainian culture in a celebration for all residents of the Red Sea and the Ukrainian community. The ambassador welcomed with great satisfaction the proposal, as he asked to participate in all the celebrations that will take place in the province to activate cultural cooperation between the two countries. He stressed that he would do his utmost to increase Ukrainian tourist traffic rates in the coastal governorate .
