 | CAIRO (Jiji Press) — EgyptAir plans to resume direct flights to Japan, Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said Friday.
Mahlab unveiled the plan in a meeting with his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe in Cairo.
Abe welcomed the plan and expressed hopes that tourism and personnel exchanges between the two countries will be promoted further. The Egyptian airline’s flights to Japan have been suspended since October 2013 | | |
