Dear Sir or Madam,  I will start by saying that I have loved Egypt since my first visit over 20 years ago. Every time I visit your country I admire its beauty and culture.  I have been a bit hesitant to write this message, because I don't like such situations and to be honest, it's the first time something like this has happened to me in Egypt. I do this to help and protect your country from negative opinions on the internet. I consider Egyptians to be very friendly, helpful and kind people.  During my last vacation in Hurghada, there was an unpleasant situation with a taxi driver. I was on the Da Vinci Beach. I wanted to get to the Marina Boulevard. I had 5 dollars in cash and a credit card with me. I catched taxi on the street next to the Sea Star Beau Rivage hotel. I asked the taxi driver, that he would take me there for 5 dollars? He agreed, he said - no problem. I took from him telephone number if I need him to take me back to the hotel after few hours. During the ride, he started saying something about hashish, but I didn't understand him. I guessed that he probably wanted to sell it to me, but I politely declined. I noticed that he was nervous then. After getting there, when I gave him the money, he said that I had to pay 10 dollars. I tried to explain to him that before the trip I had informed him how much cash I had with me and he agreed to such payment. He started shouting at me. He became rude. When I wanted to get out of the car, he grabbed my leg and said that we had to go to the ATM. I was very scared, because I was alone with him. When I said that I will report him he started laughing. Luckily, a tourist was passing by the car, whom I called and he helped me. The taxi driver got scared. He took the 5 dollars and drove away. I didn't report the situation anywhere because I didn't want to ruin my further stay and made him problems, but after thinking about it I decided it would be better to report it so he doesn't scare other tourists. Maybe there are already more complaints about him.  I will go on vacation to Hurghada again for sure with my family. We will probably choose the Sea Star Beau Rivage hotel again and I hope that I will not meet him there. I don't want have any problems with him.
